User clicks next arrow to submit assessment and score doesn't register



Anyone out there using assessments? We've had a few instances where the user clicks the next arrow in the assessment to submit and do not receive a score. In the Control Panel it shows the users with no score. When I run the assessment report through Report Builder they are not showing as a user who completed the assessment. It's like they never took it, so our only option is to have them take it again. In every case we've seen the issue can't be reproduced, so Oracle can't/won't investigate.
