Can an approved/rejected notification to the submitting user be also sent as an FYI to another user

Hello,

We have scenario where certain workflows need to be approved by a HR People Partner, the request to edit/delete a record for example is sent for approval, the approval request notification is sent to the Line Manager for information so they are aware of the request.

After the HR People Partner approves/rejects the request the submitting employee receives the notification of the outcome. Is it possible to also send an FYI of this outcome to the Line Manager so they know the conclusion of the request?

I've tried to include this as an image and the query is whether and FYI to the line manager can be included as to the outcome - the red line,
