Manage Accounting Cost Orgs Relation Ship Error

Hello,

We are setting up few Inventory Orgs and there is no transactions in system yet. We want to setup quick standard costing with seeded cost elements. Simple and quick. For this we have made the ITEM Organization as the costing Org

When I setup the Manage Accounting Cost Organizations relationships linking the Cost Books to the Inventory orgs and provide the start date, exchange etc. and save. I am seeing error under actions in the Period End Evaluation. ( pl see screen shot uploaded)

Please advice why I am seeing this error? Is there a quick check list of what basic setup I need to do for quick standard costing.
