User should be able to view quote list in transaction manager dynamically

Hi all,

We want to make the Transaction Manager view dynamic. We were able to use the Manage View option to view quotes based on the owner by creating separate views for each user. But it is not dynamic. 

Expectation: 

In the Transaction Manager View, the quote should be based on the owner (dynamic).

Is this possible using Steps?
