How to edit own employment history record as an admin in the NUX

Hi all,

I noticed that, if an administrator user searches his employment details (NUX UI), in order to correct some data related to his assignment, he cannot access to his records. There is not the possibility to see the link on the name of action that brings you into the edit assignment page. See the image below. Do you know if it is the expected behaviour? Do you know how can I enable admin users to edit their own employment record?
