how to copy all data from one scenario to another scenario included translated values, ownership etc

we load the data to a temporary scenario, and we do all the validation of the data imported and run consolidation, after our confirmation we publish the data by copying the data to another scenario "Actual Scenario", we need to rule or function to copy all the data, rates, ownership, translated value, journal entries from one scenario to another. The current functionality only copies the base members in local currency

If this is not possible what is the best way to proceed?
