Turn off completion alert for a HDL

How do we turn off an alert when we load some completions when we don’t want the alert to trigger?

We have some completions from a vendor and they already sent out a completion email. I want to turn off the OLC completion alert for that load or a time frame. If you have done this, what has worked for you? 

I am going to be testing some options soon, but wanted to ask what other people have done.
