View Question and Qualification Area Usage

This post shares information on locating impacted setup objects when a new revision of Question or Qualification area is created

When you make changes to questions or qualification areas, depending on the change you make, the application may create a newer revision of the question or qualification area.

When there is a newer revision of the question or qualification area, the existing qualification areas, models or parent questions will not automatically synchronize the new revision. To use the new revision, you must explicitly update each of these setup objects separately.

Since you must view and update each of the setup objects that uses the new revision, it is important to determine where the question or qualification area is used after making the changes. The View Question Usage and the View Qualification Area Usage pages consolidate and display this information.
