Dear ,

I want to change some settings in security console in which i go to tools but i cant find security console option in which i can set my users setting. user in which i have login have admins rights but still cant find security console and also financial reporting option too. 

Note > This is my test environment and in prod same user have seen security console and everything but in test environment cant

Kindly guide me
