Summary

We wish to create a hidden absence type in hours that will be connected to a displayed absence type in days - Objective : The users see the absence type in days AND the hidden one in hours feeds OTL

Our clients need :

- The absence types must be displayed in DAYS

- The absences submitted by the employees must appear in the time card in OTL 

As OTL does not take into consideration the absences submitted in days, we are considering the following solution :

- Keep the absence types in DAYS on display for all users

- Create absence types in HOURS, hidden except for admin, which will be linked to their respective type in days via a Fast Formula
