Equity Pick-Up currency translation calculation is not correct for 20 sub-consolidation nodes

Summary

EPU Calculation does not translate correctly for consolidation nodes which thier parents have a different currency

Content

After some improvements for complex customer with multiple and different hierarchies, we realized that for consolidation nodes which their parents have a different currency, translation is wrong, taking prior month exchange rate.

On other hand, EPU standard does not support FCCS_YTD POV for calculation as customer requires.
