Shipment Cost not flowing to Cost Management

Summary

For Project based sales order we are trying to shipout material with Shipment cost, upon ship confirm and transferring cost to cost management the shipment cost not flowing to cost management.

Hi, 

   Followed following steps

1. Created Sales Order line with project and Task Reference

2. Fulfilment line was set to Awaiting shipping status

3. Did Pick release and Pick confirm of project based inventory

4. Added Shipment cost at Shipment level and Shipment line level. Did ship confirmation process

5. Order management fulfilment line got closed

6. We transfer cost from Inventory to costing, shipping cost details captured as part of shipment not reflecting in cost management
