Taleo Learn Flash issues

This is coming from a customer: "We are looking ahead to January when flash player is no longer supported. Currently, we publish all of our courses in both flash (SWF) and HTML5. Our IT associates state that when they disable flash within a browser, our courses are not running, as if the HTML5 publish is being overridden by the flash setting. Is there a setting within Taleo Learn that we can adjust to ensure that all courses are playing via HTML5 and not SWF?"
