Pasting Job Description into Requisition

When adding bullet points into the JD, the font changes

We always ensure when pasting a job description from a word document into the Requisition, that we first paste it into notepad to remove any unusual characters and HTML formatting and then paste from notepad into the requisition. We have recently seen that when doing this, but adding in bullet points using the Rich Text Editor tool and then saving the Requisition, that the font of the text that are is bullet pointed changes. Does anyone know why this could be and how to correct it/avoid it? When I click on 'Source' to view the HTML I cannot see anything obvious
