Summary

Prorate the Annual/Vacation Leave accrual balance when someone is on unpaid leave like Parental Leave, Sabbatical Leave

Content

Hello Experts,

We are having a requirement to prorate the Annual/Vacation Leave accrual balance (which is a Front-loaded one with repeating period as Annual) if someone goes for an Unpaid Leaves like Parental Leave, Sabbatical Leave.
Scenarios:
1. Annual/Vacation leave is a front loaded plan with repeating period as Annual and one can take parental leave once a week (e.g. every Wednesday) for 2 months. If someone submits a parental leave then we need to prorate the annual/vacation leave accrual balance which is assigned on 1st January every year.

Howdy, Stranger!
