Customers / Support

One of the most consistent and common triage items for both support and development has been about Punchout Return URLs and accompanying changes/modifications made to those on their way back that eventually fails the return flow.

Problems:

The most common issue we have been dealing with for a while now is the invalid URL issue thus failing the return punchout flow. This includes symptoms including:

a) Punchout items not being added to the cart 

b) Navigation issues with the return not taking users to the Edit Requisition page
