Absence Mgmt: Absence Certifications from 20C - How to dynamically enter payment percentages

edited Oct 1, 2020 12:51PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Summary

Entering payment percentages dynamically from "Administer" absence

Content

Hi All,

I am unable to enter a dynamic value in the "Revised Payment Percentage" inside an absence that is in-progress, on creating a certificate

We have created an absence Certificate " STD TEST" that is used in a Qualification Plan - Short Term Disability and Type - Short Term Disability US. The certificate is an Entitlement based certificate and it is triggered on demand. We have been dynamically changing/overriding the Payment percentages on administering the absence record that is in-progress.

But after the latest 20C upgrade we are unable to dynamically do it, though we have an option called "revised Payment Percentage" is available. I knew post 20C the changes were made, but any work around or something to have this requirement captured?

Howdy, Stranger!
