Ability to migrate negotiation templates from one instance to another instance

Our project is in UAT phase. Client users had created quite a few 'Negotiation Templates' in a test instance. We would like to know if there is any utility or tool that can be used to migrate these templates from one test instance to another test instance (which will be the UAT instance). 

Manually setting them up is a lot of non-value adding redundant work. Hence looking for ways to automate.
