replicat data from on-premises oracle db to dbaas

We are building reporting solution on sources across cloud and on-prem.

If a cusotmer has data source in both on-prem & cloud then, reporting to be combinely done on both data sets.

For sources coming from clouds - we already using goldengate and with some extra columns into target dbaas. Same we want to do it for on-prem but can't use goldengate(because it requires some extra setup at source side - which is not ok for on-prem customers);

Would like to check the options available - which should be able to perform initial load plus daily change capture into target dbaas (where obiee is pointing to)
