Notifications - Things to Finish/Bell - Speed to respond to an approve/reject action
Content
Hello,
Keen to hear from other customers to speed at which your Oracle HCM environment responds to a user clicking approve or reject to notifications such as a absence request / ICD approval.
We're seeing that this can be 6-7+ seconds after clicking approve before the screen refreshes and shows 'done' which a second later disappears and the other notifications move up by one.
When clicking approve on a number at the same time e.g. clicking approve on 3 in quick succession results in longer wait times and sometimes it doesn't seem to recognise the click. Naturally if you have 20+ notifications as a line manager this experience can be frustrating and take longer than expected... anyone else had other examples of this?
