Principal Investigator is able to all Award Templates that don't even belong to the organization that PI belongs to

We have one Business Unit and multiple organizations. There are multiple Award templates that have the same BU but different Orgs.

When PI creates an award using templates, he/she can see all templates. Is there a way to limit the templates that belongs to PI's org?
