Enterprise Onboarding Checklists to Remain Active Despite Work Relationship Termination?

Curious if this is more so a business process item, or if instead, this is a functionality available that allows for the force complete of the allocated checklist


Hi community,

Curious if there is a current functionality already with the checklist feature, or if maybe this instead is something our business process might need to incorporate? I was not able to find any documentation from Oracle indicating with certainty one way or another, feel free to copy relevant docs I may have overlooked below!

What's happening?

When an enterprise onboarding checklist is allocated and the assigned tasks are delayed in assignment, in the rare cases where an employee begins their employment with us and thus the checklist is initiated, and then terminates shortly thereafter, should/can the checklist that is allocated be force-completed? If not, what practices are you taking, if any, to address these scenarios?
