Mass Legal Employer Change is showing message "No Results Found" but employee records do exists in the Business Unit and able to search in the Person Management

Navigation:

My Client Groups > Show More > Mass Legal Employer Change

I am not able to perform the Mass Legal Employer Change action from one Legal employer to another Legal employer (Mass Global Transfer)

I am getting "No Results Found" Message on the Select People section. I tried to search via Legal Employer, Business Unit parameters but I am not able to see the employee records being fetched.

On the Person Management Page, I am able to see that employee records do actually exists for the Legal Employer (Source) and Business Unit (Source).
