How to update the User Record for Hire Date/Email etc in the Manage Users form when we don't have HCM?Content
Once we create a user in the Manage Users form, the Hire Date/email address records are grayed out and can not be updated.
Read some documents in Metalink mentioning it is possible to do it with 'Human Resource Specialist' role.
But, somehow it is not working.
I assume not everyone is using HCM and there is a way to do it.
Would appreciate if anyone can provide any insight on this.
