Hi Experts!

Right now, our organization uses a third party application to allow our employees to "check in" every morning before going to work by answering a series of questions to help determine whether they should be present at work or not that day. The usual questions are as follows

• What is your province?
• Name, Employee ID, Work Location
• Do you have a temperature 38 degrees C or higher?
• Do you have any of the following unexplained symptoms? 
• In the past 14 days, have you travelled outside of Canada or outside your home province?
