Our organization recently moved from using the "New Person Dashboard" to convert Pending Workers to now using the "Pending Workers" link under Quick Actions. We're experiencing a sporadic/intermittent issue which has only impacted certain users. Please screenshot for error message. We're neither able to reproduce the issue consistently nor in our staging environments. Has anyone experienced this issue and know how to remedy it?
