Bank Holiday Time Element Entry



We are trying to report on Employees who are looking to get their Personal Contribution for Bank Holiday Time worked approved via the HCM Pathway as shown below and in the screenshot I have attached where we are specifically trying to get the "Hours" Field: 

About Me > Manage Additional Payments > Manage Contributions > Personal Contributions 

We are having an issue where the Bank Holiday Time Element is not being generated once it is approved by their Line Manager. 

We are currently trying to pull the following sets of data to compare and see whose hours are being generated and whose aren’t:
