Vacation Rules vs Roles and Delegations

Summary

We would like to know if here is a way to limit what task types and actions users can select when setting up their Vacation Rules

Content

Hi Everyone,

We would like to leverage some functionality in BPM Worklist > Preferences so that our users can set up their own vacation rules. But we see too many options there. We would like to limit their access to these options.

For example they can easily set all Absence approvals to be auto approved.
Is there a way to restrict their access to certain task types and actions on this page? Are there any best practices to achieve a similar result?

Howdy, Stranger!
