How to reject or approve a learning request by email quicly

Hi,

 

When a manager receives an email to approve/reject a training request, he has no possibility to approve/reject the request directly from the email. In Absence module, managers have these Approve/Reject buttons directly in the emails. We should have the same behaviour in the emails sent from the Learning module. Please see screenshots.
