Importing IMTs with approvals from Oracle Commerce Cloud

We would like to have such stockable items available in our OCC webshop that require superior approval. We bring these orders into Fusion for fulfillment.

The internal customer orders we capture in OCC can be imported into Fusion as IMTs by calling REST API, and we do that a lot, but IMTs do not seem to have the approval functionality available, at least not yet.

The way to handle such stockable items (requiring superior approvals) is to first have the Internal requisition created, where you can implement "superior approval". This approved internal requisition can then be processed forward to generate the IMT.
