Hello,

Can someone help me?

I enabled email notification for Task List, Job console and Approval under Application system settings and under my own preference and have input my email address as well. However when I tried to set up the alert in my newly created task list, I couldn't receive any email notification even if I have already set up the alert. Is there any other steps that I am missing here?
