Behavior to have for courses that will switch from Flash to HTLM5

You all know that in December 2020 Flash will be retired and today in Taleo Learning we have more than 600 courses with digital content in Flash. We would like to understand the system behavior when switching from Flash to HTLM5. In particular, will those who have completed the courses have to redo them or will the information be kept in the history? Will I need to overwrite previous courses or add them as new ones?
