Compensation Plans for Multiple Legislation's

Content

Hi Experts,

We are Implementing Fusion for Multiple Legislation (UAE, KSA, US).

We are defining Salary basis based on Legislation (1 salary basis for each Legislation)

For all Legislation, Calculation logic, Plan dates and Plan access is the same.

Need guidance on Compensation Plan configuration.

Can I configure the only 1 plan for all Legislation or do I need to create multiple plans for multiple legislation

Regards,

Joe
