Summary

We have a SCORM 1.2 course published with Articulate 360 and on one particular screen there should be 4 clickable boxes. On some users-one of the boxes is missing and it's not always the same box

We have a SCORM 1.2 course published with Articulate 360 and on one particular screen there should be 4 clickable boxes.  On some users-one of the boxes is missing and it's not always the same box  I am not able to replicate this issues.  It occurs in different browsers, Chrome IE11 and Edge.

The course was created by a third party vendor using Articulate 360.  They have no information on this behavior and I am able to find any info either.
