How can we display the scheduled hours of an employee when we are in the Resolve Exceptions UI under Time Management

When we try to resolve exceptions under the Resolve Exceptions UI in Time management, we see the Scheduled tab blank though the employee has a schedule attached to him/her

Is there a way we can display it?
