We currently face a problem with the tab My Staff Tasks visible in the BPM Worklist.
Has anyone been able to disable/hide this tab?
How is access to BPM worklist controlled?
Currently, a manager accessing this My Staff Tasks tab can see all notifications received by any employee that has a reporting line to him/her. We do not think this is good practice.
We have recently implemented ORC, and now we face a confidentially problem for internal candidates applying to other jobs. As the candidate receives notifications from the system during a recruitment process these are populated in My Staff Tasks. That means their manager can now see which of his employees that are applying for other jobs. This is a break of confidentiality in our organization.
