Potential Life Events

Report showing Potential events that do not exist

I have a simple report of Potential Life Events that are in a status; Detected, manual or Unprocessed using the Potential Life Events Real Time Subject Area only.   The report is providing data that does not reflect what is in the system e.g. is is showing that an employee has a New Joiner Life Event that is in Detected status however there is no New Joiner Life Event on the employees record.  

These records are not showing when using the Evaluation and Reporting area with the same criteria; Legal Entity, Detected Status and New Joiner  Life Event.  I have attached the .xml
