HRHD Milestones were not getting assigned to Service requestes.

Default coverages are not getting applied to service request.

Hi All,

I have  created Availability, standard coverage and default coverage.

After creating an SR in the milestone tab its not displaying anything.

In the milestone diagnostic report error shows as "Milestone configuration is not defined for service request business unit".

Please help on the same.
