A report that shows the following below;

I.) Item number

II.) Item description

3. )On hand quantity at the beginning of a specified period
4. ) Quantity added to store during the specified period
5. ) Quantity issued out of store during a specified period
6. ) Quantity on-hand at the end of a specified period
7. ) Unit cost per item

It will also be useful to have the possibility to drill down on issuance to details of issuer and the employee who made the request.
