Ability to disable or hide the Icons in Header of HCM

Summary

Configurations to hide the Icons in Header section at site level

Content

Is there a way to hide the Home button, favorites, Bell notifications in the Header at site level? And also is there a way to just display the logo and disable the functionality to take it to Home page?

Our customer is looking for feasiblity to host the deep links of Oracle pages in an internal website and allow users to access the deep links of the pages alone in HCM. Looking for ways to avoid them navigate to other pages other than the page they accessed through internal website.
