I am looking for best practices on how to handle ongoing learning initiatives  when we end date a dummy user account used for configuration in Production -

Use case one: I will use a dummy user account to configure learning objects and other configuration items (in Oct) before employee records are loaded in Production (in Dec), do I need to keep this dummy account active throughout end of time with view all data access in My Client Group - Learning - Background Processing - Execution Details.
