Summary

Solution to configure time card approvals in such a way where each entry on time card is routed for approval using 'TimecardApprovalELA' and ‘ProjectTimecardApprovalELA’

Content

Introduction:

Customers implementing Time and Labor may have certain requirements on approvals where every entry made on the time card is to be routed for approval. This requirement is configured by defining ‘Entry Level Approvals’ for time card.

Entry level approvals are available for Payroll Consumer and Project Costing Consumer.

An approver must approve all the entries to move the time card into “Approved” status. If there are multiple approvers involved in the workflow, all the approvers must approve all the entries. An approver may receive multiple notifications for the same time card when Entry Level Approvals are defined.

Howdy, Stranger!
