WMS Serial Number Issues

Serial Numbers causing delays in inbound and outbound porcesses

We went live with WMS cloud with host system as Oracle EBS R12.1.3.

We are having many issues with serial number validations.

Internals Orders are interfaced from EBS to WMS which are causing lot of issues during receiving in WMS.

And the same serials are causing issues during outbound process.

Does any one in this group have any references who have implemented WMS with EBS as Host system and want to know how they are handling serial numbers.
