Discount Rule name thats applied on the Order

I have applied a discount on the Order Header and at the Line level

Order:

 

It has header level EFF discount applied on the Order.

Header Discount:

It has 0.90 line level discount applied.

Line level discount:

 

Question:

I could not find the Discount Rule name on the sales order nor on the Invoice.

 

How to find the discount Rule name on the Sales order or displayed on the AR Invoice?
