Fusion AD Bridge Sync

Hi Experts,

This is regarding Fusion AD Bridge.
I have the following questions;

1. For IDCS AD Bridge, I can define and synchronize custom attributes:

Whereas this is not clear regarding Fusion AD Bridge:

Under the section "What attributes can I synchronize?" there is a note telling that only predefined attributes will be synced.

Please, advise.

2. If Fusion is the Source of Truth and I created a new user.
Will the user's password be transferred to AD?
