Most suitable database option to support OIC

Content

Hello Experts,

I am looking for a suitable Database option to support Oracle Integration Cloud service.

I have shortlisted two options:

1- VM database with 2 nodes (to use 2 fault domains)

2- Autonomous database

OIC will use the database for storing integration-related data which will be low volume and will be archived after every 30 days from the database.

The number of integrations currently using a database is 2 (frequency = daily) but can increase in future but not to a very high number.

Given this requirement and also from a disaster recovery point of view which database is the most suitable one to be used?
