Absence Duration with Part Time Workers

Absence Duration with Part Time Workers

Content

Hi everyone,

Context

There is a legal rule in France regarding the specific leave called "Congés Payés".

This accrual is incremental and we get 25 days per year, regardless if the employee is full time or part time.

However, when the employee takes his "Congés Payés", there is a special rule for the absence duration and the impact on the absence Plan.

The Absence duration goes from the first day of leave to the last day before the employee comes back to work.

Example 1

An employee works from Monday to Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday off (0.6 FTE).

Howdy, Stranger!
