We have a scenario where we create a pending worker, they are automatically created with an account, however we do not know email address at the time. This is added later, but new account details are

We have a scenario where we create a pending worker, they are automatically created with an account, however we do not know email address at the time. This is added later, but new account details are not sent when email is added later. Can we do this for one particular user?
