Employee attendance information are imported to timecards. Now users will do the time entry by selecting number of hours against various projects. Lets say , 9 hours got calculated from attendance in and out time. Then user entered 6 hours in one project & 3 hours in another project which is resulting 18 hours  as reported hours. Is there any way where total reported hours will 9 hours even after entries of project based hours.

Is there any better solution for handling such cases ?
