Unable to see output on scheduled report job

We have users, not all, that are unable to see the output file from a scheduled report job.


Does anyone know what may be causing some users to be able to open the output of a scheduled report job and others to not?

All users have been able to open the scheduled report job history using the link that has been sent in an email.  We have instances where some users are able to click on the Output1 to open the file, while other users do not get that same experience.  They are opening the same job from the same link.
